I loved the costumes - I thought I would die from delight with Felicity Palmer's costumes. I loved the lighting - wonderful shadows and silhouettes. I loved the sets - all black, white, gold and occasionally red. I loved the singers - Maria, Ben and Felicity! I loved the score - Tchaikovsky! I loved the price - $20 rush orchestra seats! I loved that I was with my friend Beth from Austin - she and I saw my first opera together, Rigoletto, and as she says, "Then SarahB became a maniac."
