I'm jealous you went. I had to work late, but walked by about 9PM as the 2nd intermission was begining. I then headed over to a movie premiere at Lincoln Loews with Billy Bob Thorten and friends. Were you there at the end of the Opera when Sienna Miller and Jude Law accidently walked out onto the plaza looking for the tent, and were mobbed by crazed fans. A friend of mine had attended the Opera and was right behind them when they did, and another friend of mine was part of the mob. I am waiting photos from him. Looks like you had a good time.
