A Dude instead of a Diva

Soprano Renée is sick so Bass René is stepping in for her at the Toscanini Tribute Gala. I was looking forward to the Diva but I guess I'll settle for the Dude, if I must. It just doesn't seem as gala-ish without a Diva in a big dress...
