Tonight: On Broadway

We'll catch a couple of Tony winners on Broadway tonight.

Oh boy. This is not an evening that I will soon forget. I think there were some patrons in the packed theater coincidentally, but the majority were there to celebrate the Tony winners Christine Ebersole and Mary Louise Wilson. The evening was all about showing love to these two actresses who portray their characters so deeply and so beautifully. The applause was thunderous and long and thoroughly deserved.

Restraining orders will be issued!! How many times of you seen Grey Gardens?

No restraining order necessary. I'm a light weight compared to some (or even compared to myself and my devotion to Sweeney Todd). I saw GG three times at Playwrite's Horizons. Tonight makes 5.5 times on Broadway.

An amazing evening. One I am glad I did not miss.
I think I will always remember the look on Christine's face during her Act 2 entrance.
