Tonight: Met Opera in Central Park

It seems to be my summer for being entertained out of doors (there's usually nothing for me outside but weather and I don't need weather). Tonight, Sally and I will be at the Met Opera's production of La Traviata in Central Park. Surely, it won't be as boring as the first time I saw La Traviata. Of course, we'll be splitting a bottle of wine and that never hurts.

I'm so sorry Traviata has been "just OK" for you. It's one of my favorite operas and I never tire of hearing it. Would love to hear Gheorghiu and Hong sing it, as you have. (I heard Fleming sing it, and I am eager to hear her sing it again).
