Being Alive with Raul Esparza
What a weekend - definitely one that will go down in the annals of great weekends. The final bonus was getting a picture with Raul Esparza, currently starring as Bobby in Company as he was leaving the City Center stagedoor after seeing Follies. He said, "Sondheim is like our Shakespeare." Sigh. Now I'm really looking forward to seeing Company again on February 23rd.

I saw this comment a few weeks back and had to come back as it has bugged me so much. Sondheim is nothing like Shakespeare - get a grip! Puhleeeze!
