Well, you can't say we didn't do our part to keep it going.
Kari, we certainly did. I didn't keep an accounting, but I spent a lot of dough on Patti over the last few years: airplane to Chicago + hotel + 3 x at Ravinia + 4 x at City Center + 5 x at the St. James + lots of wine & food in connection. Cha-ching. But it's all priceless and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Not even LuPoneGypsy is recession proof. BOO TO THAT!
It figures. I had a bad feeling it might close sooner than March, but I will not even be in town the weekend of the 11th.
Now I will need a refund on my March ticket. :(
