Transit Strike = Sore Feet
However, I do not have cause to complain compared to my colleagues who are jumping through hoops to get here from other boroughs or be docked leave time...they are waiting in lines for hours to get on trains or carpools. There's no good time of year for transit to be unavailable, but it seems particularly bad right now. I did not enjoy my walk home last night in the 20 degree weather.
But thanks to the entertainment gods, I am within walking distance to the Met. I'm counting down the 7.5 hours before I'm indulging in a third Tragic evening.
