Kitty Carlisle Hartpassed away yesterday. The lights on Broadway were dimmed at 8:00 last night in her memory. I used to see her at the theatre fairly often, and I even sat next to her once. She was always lovely and gracious. I loved that she kept going out, always dolled up, always attentive to the production. We could all learn a thing or two from this old girl.
